Aug 17 (IBNS) Jerry O’Connell plans to do away with video-games following his enrollment at Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles.

“I had always planned on continuing my education at some point and because my wife is working on “Eastwick,” which is on Wednesday nights at 10 p.m. this fall, and I’m home all day with the girls, I figured I would take a couple of classes at night,” O’Connell said.

Asked on how he would find his preoccupation, he said, “It was either [law school] or play video games until 2 a.m.”

Leslie Steinberg, Assistant Dean of Public Affairs at the school, said the actor is enrolled as a part-time student and began attending classes last week.

Leslie Steinberg, the school’s Assistant Dean of Public Affairs, said the actor “is very excited to be starting his law school education here at Southwestern. He just had orientation last week, and he started classes this week.”

Even though O’Connell, who welcomed twin daughters with wife Rebecca Romijn last January, has been out of school for awhile, the actor is very excited and enthusiastic about his studies.

Rebecca added: This is brand new to him as well. He’s very much looking forward to his education.
