Los Angeles, Dec 20 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Michael Jackson’s brother, Jermaine Jackson has filed a writ at the court to reduce his child support.

The former member of the Jackson 5 band told the court that he could not afford the $3,000 per month child support for his two children, Jaafar and Jermajesty. He is praying the court to reduce the amount to $215 per month.

His reasons? Jermaine claims that when he was robbed in September, a bag that contained jewelry and other valuables were stolen and as a result, he is now broke and cannot afford the $3,000 per month child support for his two children. When the robbery happened in September, Jermain reported it to the police.

When the incident happened back then in September, Jermaine and his wife, Halina Rashid were renting a house. The couple were living in the same community that Michael Jackson’s former wife, Katherine Jackson and her two children, Prince Paris and Blanket were living. Katherine and the children had moved out of the home in Encino because the house was under construction.

The judge will have to determine if Jermaine’s argument that the robbery has made him broke is valid. You can only feel for Jermaine if he is indeed broke. It can be very difficult.
