Los Angeles, Jan 26(THAINDIAN NEWS) Jeremy Calvert, fiancé of “Teen Mom 2″ star Leah Messer, has announced that the mother-of-two has suffered miscarriage. The 19-year-old announced just few weeks ago that she is expecting her third child.

However husband-to-be Calvert told OK! that Leah has suffered miscarriage. He described the incident as a “devastating experience.” He explained that Leah suffered from abdominal pains a couple of weeks ago.

He was quoted by the magazine as saying that, “It’s a devastating experience, but all I can do is support Leah and take things day by day…It’s hard, but we will get through it.”

Calvert said Leah lost the baby at her mother’s home on Saturday. He said the loss has been difficult for Leah so far indicating that she will sometimes break down and cry.

Leah came under criticism after she announced the pregnancy. If she had carried the pregnancy to the full term, this baby would have been the third for the 19-year-old. Twitter has been abuzz with words of sympathy for the reality star.

The two still plan to carry out with their marriage despite the loss.
