Washington, Jan 17 (ANI): After years of modelling for Playboy, actress Jenny McCarthy has bid adieu to her career with the magazine to focus on “doing something good for women.”

The blonde beauty began her career as a model for the publication and then went on to act in television and films.

And now, the 36-year-old model has admitted that she’’s found more pleasure in helping other women ever since she became a mum and autism activist.

Right now, Im so happy playing for the girls team. There was a time when I was happy to take off the bikini for guys, but I spent 14 years pleasing men, and now Im focusing on doing something good for women, Contactmusic quoted MCCarthy as telling New York Daily News.

She added: “I only really read Playboy to know what kind of grooming patterns are popular nowadays.

The former pin-up is hoping that Playboy bosses should devote more pages to older models.

I dont really care about (younger celebrities). I mean, so many are prancing around in bikinis, its like, whatever. Id like to see Sophia Loren pose, she said. (ANI)
