jeny Los Angeles, Jun 29 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Jennifer Hudson has finally found the courage to talk about the murders of her family members. It ought to be mentioned that her mother, brother and nephew were killed in Chicago in 2008.

The star was talking about the painful episode on VH1’s Behind the Music on Monday, and she said that, “It’s all a blur, it was surreal. It was like I was outside of myself. For almost two weeks straight . . . [I was] inside one room with just family and friends coming in and out. I prayed when I’d get up in the morning and prayed before I laid down at night.”

Till now she had maintained a dignified silence about the murders of her mother Darnell, her brother Jason and her little nephew Julian. She also divulged that after their brutal murders, she was in shock and went into seclusion.

However time is a great healer and soon she started to get out of the shock. In honor of her murdered family members, she performed the number ‘You Pulled Me Through’ at the Grammy Awards in 2009. And the foremost thought on her mind was her loving family when she was performing that song.
