November 8, 2010 (Sampurn Wire): Angelina Jolie came as a relationship breaker between Brad Pitt and ‘Friends’ star Jennifer Aniston in that historically significant year of 2005. Had ‘Mr and Mrs Smith’ not been made, perhaps Brad would still be wriggling in Aniston’s arms.

But that was not to be and hence, we see Brad playing a doting dad to his kids with Jolie. But where does all this leave Jen? She was all over Brad and the duo was perhaps the most loved couple during their hay days (now that mantle has shifted onto Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart).

After her saddening and heart-shattering split with Brad, she has been journeying from one arm to the other. She had flings, even entered into relationships but neither John Mayer nor Vince Vaughnn ultimately gave her the cozy security that Brad had given.

And while Brad is mellowing and is happily settled with Jolie, Jennifer at 41-plus, is still dwindling and staggering searching for her next Brad Pitt. But despite being unlucky in love, she hasn’t quite lost her interest nor her passion.

She still loves those butterflies; she still loves to hunt for a mate but when will good luck smile at her and when will that perfect stranger intrude into her life? Neither do we know nor does she…… What about you?
