Apr 16 (THAINDIAN NEWS) According to actress Jennifer Aniston, there is a long story behind her new perfume’s name, “And, honestly, it’s too personal to tell,” teases the actress, 41, to Women’s Wear Daily. She would reveal where the idea for the design of the bottle came from, though. It was inspired by her love for modern architecture- an interest which she said she shares with Brad Pitt, her ex flame.

The name of the perfume with the mysterious secret story for it’s roots, is Lolavie, which roughly translated means, “Laugh at Life.” According to Jennifer, her scent will smell clean and sexy,floral but not too flowery, and cost from $46.50 to $61.95, and will be released first in the United Kingdom. It it set to be placed on the shelves in June.

“I am not a big perfume-y fragrance fan,” she explains. “I want people to go, ‘What is that? You smell great!’ But most of all, I wanted it to smell natural.” She said that many times in her life she had been asked to create a perfume fragrance, but, “Nothing made me go, ‘Oh that would be fun’ until this,” she says. She was very much involved in the making of the scent during every step of the process over this past year and a half. She helped create the scent,and helped with the advertisements. The photo shoot for those ads was done at her favorite getaway site, Cabo San Luca, and those photos will be debuted in June also, in British fashion magazines.

“It wasn’t just about showing up for a shoot and putting my name on a bottle. I felt like a little chemist,” she says. “It’s turned out to be an extension of myself as opposed to slapping my name on something.”
