Oct. 18 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Jenn Andrews, reporter with ESPNU and erstwhile bikini model and gymnast, is setting the internet search buttons on an overload. She is something of an all-rounder. She was a softball player, and pretty good at it too. She was also a champion at field and track events, and in her spare time, she studied hard enough to win a full academic scholarship to the University of Florida, her hometown. She was soon made captain of the softball team and graduated sums cum laud with criminology.

Her first brush with television came with HDNet, where she hosted a travel show called The Wild Side. Later, she started working as a reporter with ESPN and ESPNU, covering boxing and mixed martial matches and hosting the college sports shows. She had not sent the hearts of many men aflutter until recently, when she got to undertake a three minute or so question and answer round with the quarterback of the team of University of Texas, Colt McCoy. Texas won the Red Rivers shootout against Oklahoma 16-13, but apparently, it was the interviewer and not the interviewee who grabbed the eyeballs and the attentions. Most of the attention enjoyed by the attractive anchor was apparently not due to t6he questions she asked but because of the way she looked. Men who kept searching for her at a frenetic pace could not be blamed, given that she looks simply gorgeous.

She is now being compared as the rightful successor of another beautiful face of ESPN, Erin Andrews. There are even speculations as to whether she would be offered to be the new face of the ESPN sidelines.
