Jeff Dunham show premieres tomorrow on Comedy Central

New York City, Oct 21 (THAINDIAN NEWS) There is good news for all Jeff Dunham’s fans. He is going to host his own show on Comedy Central from October 22nd 2009.
This comedy show will feature the humorist Jeff Dunham and his all infamous characters, Walter, Achmed the Dead Terrorist, Peanut, Bubba J and José Jalapeño on a Stick in front of a live-studio audience as well as interacting with people on the street in Los Angeles.
In the pilot episode, Ventriloquist Jeff Dunham kicks his new comedy series off with a series of routines with his array of puppets. In this episode we get to see a trip to a therapist for Walter and a exciting date with Brooke Hogan for Peanut.
It airs on Comedy Central at 9:00 pm
According to reports, the 1962 born Dunham has been called “America’s favorite comedian” by Slate.com, and according to the concert industry publication Pollstar, he is the top-grossing standup act in North America, and is among the most successful acts in Europe as well. As of March 2009, he has sold over four million DVDs, and received more than 350 million hits on YouTube, making him one of the most-viewed entertainers of all time.
According to the Forbes Dunham was one of the highest earning comics from June 2008 to June 2009, earning approximately $30 million during that timeframe.
