Jayaram reacts to Padma Shri with awe and disbelief

January 27, 2011 (Sampurn Wire): Jayaram, the Malayalam and Tamil actor after completing silver jubilee in the South Indian film industry and doing over 200 films is on cloud nine these days and there is reason for it. Jayaram has bagged the Padma Shri this year. Talking to the media tha actor goes on to say that when the news was given to him he was in shock and disbelief.
So Jayaram had a look of “comic disbelief” on his face and the shot for the scene was perfect. It’s after that the Four Friends actor realized and believed that Mohanlal was not kidding, instead was telling the truth. Jayaram has been awarded with many awards over the years but this one award is the special one since it is bestowed on him by the Government of India.
