Jay Z to open restaurant for charity
July 6th, 2011 - 3:52 am ICT by IANSLondon, July 6 (IANS) Hip-hop mogul Jay Z is all set to open a restaurant in London in a bid to provide work to jobless youngsters.
A portion of the eatery’s profits will be donated to charity.
The rapper is teaming up with England soccer ace Ashley Cole to launch the venture, which will employ students from underprivileged backgrounds.
“It’ll be the hottest place in town,” contactmusic.com quoted Jay Z as saying.
