Jan 19, (THAINDIAN NEWS) After keeping mum for some time on the NBC late night show timing mess up, host Jay Leno has finally broken his silence. He informed the viewers that the network stopped him from joining another network. He also said that he was apprehensive about starting a prime time show. Meanwhile the NBC officials are still trying to retain the annoyed host Conan O’ Brien who is clearly miffed up with the decision of the network to shift his show timing. He had expressed his discontent several times and according to the industry buzz he may pull out of NBC shortly.

It is almost confirmed that NBC has decided to end its experiment with prime time. The problem of the Jay Leno show was that it never managed to garner the popularity like other prime time shows. When Jay Leno was told by the network that his show will be discontinued he wanted to look for other openings but NBC assured him that he would be required for other programs. In fact Jay Leno has his own reasons to be angry with NBC. Earlier it asked him to accommodate host Conan O’ Brien for the Tonight Show. He was the host of the show before Conan O’ Brien came.

However, from his latest outburst it is clear that Jay Leno has no grudges against his co host Conan O’ Brien. In fact he described Conan O’ Brien as a perfect gentleman. There is a possibility that Conan O’ Brien may join rival Fox Network after quitting NBC. Even in his latest show he took a dig at NBC.
