It certainly spices up things when celebrities ties the knot without letting the public know. Same goes for the couple Jason Schwartzman and fashion designer Brady Cunningham who married on July 11th in their San Fernando Valley home in California.

Jason’s representative Matt Labov told the People Magazine, “It was a very small ceremony with many family friends and close friends.’

Cunningham is a graduate from the Parsons school Of Design In New York. She has her own label ‘Souvenir’ with partner Kristin Dickson in Los Angeles. It is an eco-friendly designer wear which uses silk, bamboo and hemp.

The American actor had been dating Brady for many years at a stretch. Schwartzman has come in the public eye with movies like Rushmore, Marie Antoinette, The Darjeeling Limited,Spun and Shopgirl. His most recent movie is called Funny People. Funny People is the third directorial by director Apatowand Jason playsa television artist Mark here. The actor has acting in his genes as he is son of the actress Talia Shire, nephew of Francis Ford Coppola, and a cousin of Sophia Coppola and Nicholas Cage. His late father Jack Schwartzman was a producer too.

Jason is 29 and has been a member of the band Phantom Planet where he was drummer and songwriter before he joined another band Coconut Records. In 2007 the first CD called ‘Nighttinming’ was out in stores having a cover photo from Roman Coppola under Coconut Records. Other songs in it were ‘West Coast’ and ‘This Old Machine’. His latest album is called ‘Davy’ which got released in January 2009.
