Jupiter, Fla., Jan 12 (THAINDIAN NEWS) A 62-year-old woman took her anger of Judge Judy on her friend when she struck his head with a hammer. Police say they arrested Janet Knowles after they found the 65-year-old unnamed victim with blood on his head.

Officers say Knowles could not hold a sane conversation with the police when they tried to engage her. She was not able to talk about the incident but rather speaks about a neighbor. She is currently being held in jail awaiting court appearance.

The victim, a friend of Knowles, reportedly told the police that he was watching Judge Judy in a recliner when the incident happened. He told officers that Knowles had earlier gotten upset at the fact that he was watching the show. He believes that prompted the attack.

The Palm Beach Post’s report into the incident stated that officers responded to a call to the house of Knowles only to find the man bleeding. He had tried to stop the blood with paper towels.

Knowles is being held without bail bond. After investigating the case, prosecutors have brought the charges of aggravated domestic battery charges against her and is currently waiting to make her first appearance before a judge.
