Jane Lynch of ‘Glee’ Honeymoons in Europe
June 9th, 2010 - 1:18 am ICT by Angela Kaye MasonJane Lynch, who plays ‘Sue Sylvester’ on the hit show on Fox television, ‘Glee’, was recently married, to a woman, Doctor Lara Embry, on May 28, and the two are now honeymooning in Europe.
The newlyweds began their honeymoon trip in London, and are on the way to Monte Carlo soon. Lynch shared with ‘People’ magazine, “We’ve been to the Tate Modern. My wife loves modern art, and I’m getting there! We went to the Millennium Bridge and the King’s Road for some shopping. We’re having a great time.”
She adds that the adjustment to married life is going wonderful, and it is just as life-changing as she had hoped it would be. “We both feel as though we now belong to each other,” she says. “I have a family and a daughter, and I’m thrilled!” The actress gave her interview at the British Academy Television Awards in London on Sunday.
The couple had their ‘Memorial Day Wedding’ in Sunderland, Massachusetts with a small ceremony involving friends and family. Embry’s eight year old daughter, Haden was also involved in the proceedings, much to Lynch’s delight. “It was so wonderful”, she said, “It was so great.”
