Jane Fonda eats a colourful diet to stay fit

London, April 23 (ANI): ‘Monster-in-Law’ star Jane Fonda is an avowed fitness freak and says she eats a colourful diet to stay fit.
“I have dark, purple (items) every single day - blackberries and blueberries,” the Daily Express quoted Fonda as telling US news show Extra.
“I always have dark green broccoli or asparagus (and) something red, something orange,” she added. (ANI)
