July 21, 2010 (Sampurn Wire): James, the shamed TV mechanic, would be moving to the state on July 31. He would do this in order to be closer to his previous wife, actress Sandra Bullock and her adopted son Louis.

Bullock had moved to Austin, Texas after she reportedly found out about her last husband’s supposed infidelities in the earlier phase of the year.

Porn star Lindemulder had asked a court judge to ban James from making a move from the state of California, with their daughter Sunny. Lindemulde also added that Sandra had no curiosity in enduring a connection with the youngster.

Both Bullock and James were approved of full custody of the six year old in the earlier phase of 2009, subsequent to Lindemulder’s to six months jail sentence for evading taxes.

On Tuesday that was July 20, James was legitimately handed the physical safekeeping of Sunny, even as both the parents are supposed to split the responsibilities of a legal custody.

On the other hand, Lindemulder has been told that she can have physical custody of the child until she starts going to school in Texas from the month of September. The porn star, seemingly sobbed at the court hearing and wanted to mother her again.
