James Franco to do second Ph.D
April 23rd, 2011 - 4:31 pm ICT by IANSLondon, April 23 (IANS) Actor James Franco is set to continue his studies in 2012, as he has won a place at the University of Houston, Texas, to pursue his second doctorate degree, in literature and creative writing.
Dailystar.co.uk reports that he will join the program in September next year.
Franco is currently working on his Ph.D. in English at Yale University.
The “Spider-Man” star’s list of qualifications include an undergraduate degree from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), and a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) from Columbia University in New York.
