James Franco says he has changed his approach to acting
January 11th, 2011 - 5:54 pm ICT by ANILondon, Jan 11 (ANI): James Franco has revealed that he had to changed his approach to acting in recent years after realizing his argumentative attitude made him “unpleasant” and “hard to get along with” on film sets.
The ‘Spider-Man’ star admitted that his intense work ethic often strained relationships and impacted on his performances, reports the Daily Star.
But Franco is adamant he has changed his ways and even though he still works hard, he is much more amiable.
“I used to approach acting with a very antagonistic (attitude). I was very hard to get along with and it made working in film very unpleasant,” he told The Advocate.
“It also hurt my performances. Now I think about acting differently. I still work really hard, but for my own sanity - and everyone else’s - I’ve had to surrender the results,” the actor added. (ANI)
