James Farentino, 72 Attempts To Remove Unwanted Houseguest: Gets Arrested
June 16th, 2010 - 3:26 am ICT by Angela Kaye MasonJune 15 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Actor James Farentino, best known for his role in the television series entitled ‘Dynasty’ was arrested yesterday (Monday) and booked on suspicion of misdemeanor battery, after a citizen’s arrest which was made at his home.
According to a report by the ‘Associated Press’, the 72 year old Farentino was supposedly trying to get an unidentified male to leave his home. When he tried to physically remove the man, late on Sunday, the man made a citizen’s arrest. The police said that the man had visible bruises.
For trying to remove another man from his own house, Farentino spent a night in jail, and was released the next day on a 20,000 dollar bail. He is set to appear in court in Hollywood California on July 8.
Farentino’s career goes all the way back to the 60s and he has not stopped since. Aside from ‘Dynasty’, he has appeared on ‘Jesus of Nazareth’, and ‘ER’. He was also in the movie, ‘The Final Countdown’.
