Los Angeles, Mar 29 (THAINDIAN NEWS) James Cameron after releasing the blockbuster animation movie Avatar revealed that he could have done much a better job if he had known the plight of the natives living in the Amazon rainforest in Brazil.

He now has the chance to make another Avatar movie. In fact there are two Avatar movies in the offing and the Canadian director now wants to seize the opportunity with both hands-literally. He has revealed that he would be taking his entire cast to the South American nation of Brazil for them to realize how the natives live.

Cameron was in Brazil for the second International Forum on Sustainability. Also in attendance was actor and former governor of California, Arnold Schwarzenegger.

During an interview, Cameron revealed that, “Avatar is a film about the rainforest and its indigenous people. Before I start to shoot the two films I want to bring my actors here, so I can better tell this story.”

Cameron has taken the issue of saving the environment quite seriously. He was quite influential in getting a court to block a planned construction of a hydroelectric dam in Brasilia because the project posed a threat to the environment.

Avatar 2 and 3 would be filmed serially but would be released a year apart. Avatar 2 would be released in December of 2014 while Avatar 3 would be set for release in 2015.
