New Delhi, April 3 (IANS) “Jai Ho”, “Jai Hind” and “Vande Mataram” was the response of Bollywood celebrities like Madhuri Dixit, Shilpa Shetty, Sushmita Sen and Anupam Kher as India beat Sri Lanka to win the cricket World Cup after 28 years. The film fraternity saluted Indian captain M.S. Dhoni and Sachin Tendulkar, apart from congratulating Sri Lanka for a tough match.

The celebrities took to micro-blogging site Twitter to congratulate team India soon after the match ended. Here’s what they had to say:
