Jade Goody responding well to cancer treatment
December 22nd, 2008 - 6:27 pm ICT by IANSLondon, Dec 22 (IANS) British reality TV star Jade Goody is responding well to her latest cancer treatment, doctors have revealed. Consultants at the Royal Marsden here are delighted by her progress just months after she suffered complications following her first round of treatment, mirror.co.uk reports.
Goody, 27, back then had an eight-hour hysterectomy and was given only a 50-50 chance of beating cervical cancer.
“I am feeling better and happier,” Goody told friends.
She is enjoying her second break from treatment and is appearing in the Lincoln Theatre Royal’s pantomime production of fairytale “Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs” as the wicked Queen.
