Washington, July 15 (ANI): Michael Jackson told his young daughter Paris he would die just a month before his sudden death, claims a new tell-all book.
In ‘Unmasked: The Final Years of Michael Jackson’, journalist Ian Halperin alleges that the late King of Pop was so sure his life was in danger he even confided his fears to 11-year-old daughter Paris.
According to Halperin, the ‘Thriller’ hitmaker felt he was being forced into performing 50 shows at London’s O2 arena - despite not feeling fit enough to go through with the gruelling residency schedule.
“He called her into his room and told her not to get mad at him if he didn’t make it to Father’s Day. He felt extremely ill. Unfortunately no one wanted to help him,” Contactmusic quoted Halperin as stating.
The music legend died June 25 after suffering an apparent cardiac arrest at his home in Los Angeles. It is widely believed that an overdose of painkillers caused Jacko’s untimely demise. (ANI)
