‘Jacko’s weird London gigs child choir demands’

Michael Jackson London, June 10 (ANI): Michael Jackson has turned his London gigs preparation into a nightmare for promoters after making a series of weird demands for his child choir, according to reports.

The King of Pop had apparently sent emails to organisers AEG Live, demanding every child singer to be able to do sign language.

The Thriller hitmaker also purportedly wants the youngsters to be in the age bracket of five to 13 and the group must also consist of “exactly equal” numbers of black, white, mixed-race and Asian children.

But a source close to the organisers claimed the demands have led to a “logistical nightmare”.

“Normally when we cast choirs for acts, it’s quite a laborious task,” The Mirror quoted an insider as saying.

“But in this case, it’s proving a near impossibility. Jacko is a perfectionist and wants it exactly right and that means every child being able to do sign language.

“AEG are desperate to keep Jacko happy and so are pulling out all the stops to make it happen. But it’s a race against time,” the insider added. (ANI)
