Sep 9, (THAINDIAN NEWS) The latest season of “America’s Got Talent” has come down to a competition between three singers and one gravity defying dance group. With the competition heating up every week, the judges and the voters across America had a tough time choosing among the brilliant acts that performed in the performance round this week. The finalists announced in the results episode include Prince Poppycock, Fighting Gravity, Michael Grimm and Jackie Evancho. Though the top 4 hold no big surprises, Americans might feel heartbroken to see some of the brilliant acts in the top 10 going home.

Prince Poppycock, who started as one of the underdogs has emerged over the weeks as one of the most powerful contenders for the title with his unique talent. During his auditions, he looked like another wannabe rock star but as the auditions began his elaborate makeup and flawless singing made him one of the judges favorites. Not many had, however, predicted that the strangely dressed singer would make it so far in the competition. For Jackie Evancho, however, the journey began with a bang as the judges and the audience were awestruck at the talent of the 10 year old opera singer. Though some experts might feel that the talent may not be tailor made for headlining a show at Las Vegas, the American audience seem to differ with them so far.

Using some simple lifting techniques and using illuminated body suits, Fighting Gravity have been one of the biggest contenders for the title since their auditions at the beginning of the season. Michael Grimm too proved his mettle by overtaking some highly talented young singers in the top 10 of ‘America’s Got Talent’.
