Jackie Chan, The Newest Victim Of Internet Rumors!

July 18, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Jackie Chan, who is known for his death defying roles as an actor, was reported dead yesterday. However as expected the news was only a hoax. Social networking sites Facebook and Twitter do come up with such weird pieces of death news every once in a while, this one being no exception to the rule. Jackie Chan’s name joins the bandwagon of actors who have been reported dead by these sites in the past. After the likes of Russel Crowe and Johnny Depp it is now the turn of Jackie Chan.
His fans can rest assured that Jackie Chan is not dead. He is very much alive and well too! It had been reported that Jackie Chan had died after suffering a heart attack- an addition to the list of rumors which invade the media every once in a while.
However as fans we feel that it is rather unfair to send our favorite actors to their graves every once in a while. One cannot forget that while Jackie Chan is a very popular actor in Hong Kong, he is not a so unpopular name in Hollywood too! Jackie Chan has delivered unparalleled performance in any movie which has martial arts as its subject. In an acting career spanning more than 30 years, the actor has starred in more than 100 films, most of them making him famous for the improvised stunts and Chinese weapons which he has made an effective use of. His fan base in Hollywood as well as worldwide is large to say the least, and the death rumor created quite a stir.
