Sep 26, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Philip John Clapp a.k.a. Johnny Knoxville must be in cloud nine these days. The “Jackass” actor has tied the knot with her long time girlfriend Naomi Nelson last Friday. A reputed media source reported that Johnny Knoxville proposed to Naomi Nelson few days ago with a 2.5-carat engagement ring. The sources also reported that the engagement ring was brought from Los Angeles’ Platt Boutique Jewelry.

Johnny Knoxville and Naomi Nelson have been dating each other over last two years. During last year August the “A Dirty Shame” actor announced that he and his girlfriend Naomi Nelson are expecting a baby. The couple enjoyed the bliss of parenthood on December 20, 2009 as Naomi Nelson gave birth to their first son Rocko Akira Clapp. The couple got married in an intimate ceremony and the media could not disclose much about their marriage. The couple has always avoided the shutterbugs and kept a low profile while they were dating each other. When asked, the representatives of the couple has not disclosed anything to the media.

Johnny Knoxville, in one of his interviews revealed to a reputed media source that he is lucky to be with Naomi Nelson and they are “happy” with each other. The actor also said in his interview that after Naomi Nelson came to his life, he does not “party as much as” he used to do before. Johnny Knoxville’s next movie “Jackass 3-D” is set to hit the theaters on October 15. The actor previously told a reputed media source that the movie is almost complete and some parts of it was left out as they “overshot” it. Johnny Knoxville came to limelight after he featured some crude, self-injuring pranks in “Jackass” in 2000. After the success of “Jackass”, Johnny Knoxville became a household name among the Americans. Johnny Knoxville was previously married to Melanie Clapp, however, the couple later separated in 2006.
