Jack White finds Britney more authentic than Bob Dylan, Tom Waits

Washington, October 20 (ANI): Rocker Jack White believes Britney Spears is “more authentic” than legendary rockers Bob Dylan and Tom Waits.
The White Stripes guitarist and frontman told audience at Dublin’s Trinity College that he admired the pop princess for not pretending to be anything other than being a singer.
“I don’t know if Bob Dylan and Tom Waits are as authentic as I think they are. Perhaps they’re not,” Contactmusic quoted the 34-year-old as saying.
“Sometimes you start thinking that maybe Britney Spears or someone like that who’s doing exactly what they want to do in the way that they best know how, is more authentic than any of those people you could mention,” he added. (ANI)
