London, Sept 21 (ANI): Jack Tweed’s mum fears that her son might suffer a breakdown when he appears in court on rape charges today.
The 49-year-old Mary is quite worried about her son, after meeting him during the weekend.
Jade Goody’s widower was reported very depressed as he awaited his trial in the Pentonville Prison.
The 22-year-old was also put under was suicide surveillance after threats from other inmates.
According to the Daily Star, he told doctors: “If I had a gun, I’d kill myself.”
A source said: “With everything Jack’s been through, it has been a roller-coaster 12 months. Being arrested and remanded for rape is the last straw and he’s struggling to cope.”
Jack will appear before the Snaresbrook Crown Court today on charges of raping a 19-year-old woman.
“Jack is doing his best in the circumstances. He is bearing up,” said Jack’s rep, Mark Thomas. (ANI)
