Kiefer Sutherland claimed that he had head butted Proenza Schouler co-founder Jack McCollough, because he had seen McCollough knocking over actress, Brooke Shields. However, one of the key factors that are making the case go against him is the statement of Brooke Shields, whose representative has said “nothing happened to her” and added “Jack did nothing inappropriate. It’s not clear what caused Kiefer to do what he did.” the incident happened late on Monday night, 4th of May, 2009.

When reporters asked if Jack touched her, Shields’ representative’s response was, “We don’t know.” Kiefer Sutherland has been held in probation in Los Angeles because of Driving Under Influence (DUI) charges. There has been no official confirmation if the case will be considered as an event of violation by the Californian authorities.

According to a witness, “Kiefer went over to the man and told him to apologize to her.” it is alleged that at that point of time “McCollough pushed Kiefer and the actor responded with a head butt.” some of the witness have also commented that they watched Kiefer breaking Jack’s nose. a friend of the stylist has commented that the designer “spent the night in the hospital with a broken nose.”
