McBrayer secured the Emmy nomination in the category of Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Comedy Series, for his portrayal of the character of Kenneth the Page in the comedy series “30 Rock.”

It is no secret that the viewers have always loved the sometimes goofy, sometimes over the top, Kenneth Ellen Parcell, now it is time for the awards to get to know the funny guy better.

E! Online got some words from the mouth of the versatile actor soon after the Emmy nominations were made known to the public, inquiring about how the feelings were to have been recognized and acknowledged finally by the coveted Emmy. With his usual banter he said that the good luck may have followed from the episode in which, “We see the world through Kenneth’s eyes, and its all Muppets.”

He also stresses on the fact that the Emmy nomination has come his way for the sole reason that, “Tina and all the writers write in to my wheelhouse. One thing that I think makes it very easy for all of us, is finding the dynamics between the characters. Not even just Kenneth and the other characters, but between just all the different combinations. I think that’s been a key element.”

The relationship between the extreme opposites of characters of Kenneth and Jack Donaghy, essayed by Alec Baldwin, McBrayer stresses does a lot to work for the show.
