jk-rowling Oct 3 (THAINDIAN NEWS) The Harry Potter series may not be over yet, after its British author, J.K Rowling said that there is a possibility of writing more follow ups to the wizardry story sometime in the future.

The writer confessed to talk show host Oprah Winfrey in a recorded interview that her mind is not totally closed on the idea of retiring the popular series. Rowling said that she could never say with all confidence that the Harry Potter series is done for good, as she still has the good knowledge about the novel’s characters and wont have any problems continuing the Potter story.

At the moment however, she definitely wants to write something different and that’s her focus now. Harry Potter is one of the most popular novels ever written and more than 400 million copies of the book have already been sold across the world, thus making Rowling one of the richest authors in the world and definitely one of the most famous as well. The author however revealed that the paparazzi have been seriously harassing her, ever since she became famous, which puts a lot of stress on her.
