Washington, September 17 (ANI): Avril Lavigne has reportedly parted ways with husband Deryck Whibley after being married for three years.

The singer has apparently thrown her rocker husband out of her Bel-Air mansion, while she prepares to dissolve the marriage.

“She dumped him and told him she was leaving him. She wants to move on. Divorce papers will be filed any day now,” Contactmusic quoted a source as telling Us magazine.

Preceding the latest development, Deryck had skipped the ‘Sk8er Boi’ hitmaker’s launch of her own fashion range ‘Abbey Dawn’ during New York Fashion Week.

Also, Avril is reportedly keen to do away with the influence of her Sum 41 star husband’s music from her upcoming fourth album.

The singer may now re-record the songs he had produced, which could mean that the release of her album may be delayed by two months from its original November release date.

The insider said: “She is going to do new songs that don’t have his mark on them. She wants no trace of him.”

Speculations had been rife since last year that their relationship was on the rocks.

However, things appeared fine when they were spotted together during a trip to a grocery store in Los Angeles this August, almost first time in four months.

Both Avril and Deryck have maintained silence over the issue and were spotted wearing their wedding rings in their most recent pics. (ANI)
