Its Only ‘Red’ For Bruce Willis!

October 15, 2010 (Sampurn Wire): Hollywood actor is all set to embrace the release of his latest film “Red” this Friday and going by the reactions of the actor, he sure seems excited about the new venture. And the excitement comes not only from working alongside veteran actress Helen Mirren, but also from the fact that this is his first brush with a film based on a comic book story, having only read one previously! And word has it that the upcoming action – comedy will be a hit with not only the youth but the older audiences as well.
In “Red” Bruce Willis steps into the shoes of Frank Moses, an old CIA agent who is seen struggling hard to match steps with the new school of younger agents, who are smarter and needless to say adept with the latest technology.
Speaking to the media, Brice Willis says that what was of the greatest help while he was working on “Red” was the fact that every emotion of Frank Moses was clearly etched out on the comic books, so he did not have to work very hard on the facial expressions. Although the actor was more into reading the more popular comic stories such as “Archies”, “Superman”, “Spiderman” and “Metalman”, filming “Red” was an interesting experience for him. The actor however feels sad about the fact that no director ever considered making “Metalman” which was one of his personal favorites. So here’s wishing the best to Bruce Willis for his Friday release.
