London, Sep 19 (IANS) Every woman who wants to be an actress wants to work with Hollywood heartthrob Tom Cruise, but in Carey Mulligan’s case, things were different.
The Oscar nominee was just 15 when she was cast as Kitty Bennet in the film adaptation of the Jane Austin classic “Pride and Prejudice” alongside her screen idol Dame Judi Dench, reports dailystar.co.uk.
“When I was 15, I’d vivid dreams of acting with Judi Dench - it was never Tom Cruise, always Judi Dench. The first day of ‘Pride and Prejudice’, there was Judi Dench. It was a dream come true,” said Mulligan.
