Israeli Funk Rock To Entertain India

June 7, 2010 (Sampurn Wire): Rock lovers get ready to shake your legs with yet another rock band from overseas, this time a funk rock band from Israel.

The Nasty Peach, a funk-rock-soul-pop band from Israel, is coming to India to rock us with their music. They are on a tour of Asia and seven cities of India will be lucky to welcome the band from June 30 till July 11.

This nine-piece Israeli band hails from Tel Aviv and offers catchy bass lines and choruses along with the saxophone and trumpet interludes. The band has a four-song demo out.

The Nasty Peach started by preparing acoustic recordings with vocalist Odelia Shmulewitz and Ben Krispin on guitar. Later, new members were added to create a larger sound

The funk band will perform in Mumbai at the Blue Frog on June 30 before leaving for the other Indian cities.

So, prepare your schedule accordingly and get ready to rock!
