Is Tim Allen going to be back on TV in 2011?

The “Home Improvement” man is planning to get back on the television screens again. However that is when he gets the right project to work on.
He intended comeback has been reported by several sources and some analysts already believe that it will be great to have Allen back on the screens. One source has hinted that Allen has already contacted some producers and writers including Greg Daniels (”Parks and Recreation”, “The Office”). According to reports he is also having some meetings with the writers and producers of his choice.
What remains to be seen is whether Allen will be able to get the vibe that he enjoyed in the 90’s with his show.
Allen is not the only veteran who is trying to make a comeback or who has made a comeback. Stars like Tom Selleck is set appear on “Blue Bloods” when it is shown on CBS on September 24. Mathew Perry is also heading for ABC’s “Mr. Sunshine” with Paul Reiser set to appear on an NBC comedy expected to hit the screens early next year.
