Her agent is Jim Toth, who is associated with the Creative Artists Agency. And some sources say that it was just a mere date, and nothing is brewing between the two of them.

Reese Witherspoon was married to Ryan Philippe and she has 2 children from this marriage – Ava who is 10 years old and Deacon who is six years old. After they divorced then she had a long relationship with Jake Gyllenhaal, but they spilt last year. Then she was linked with Gerard Butler soon after the spilt. However Gerard Butler’s representative had denied all such reports. And now she is rumored to be dating her agent. The dinner with her agent seemed much more than a date, as the both of them were flirting with each other while laughing, talking and enjoying their meal. The source says that, “(They) were very flirtatious throughout dinner. They were having a lot of fun, totally getting along and laughing and talking the whole dinner. Reese seemed very happy. She was smiling all dinner. The mood was upbeat and really good.”
