The two reconciled their relationship after the couple were seen enjoying a romantic Las Vegas break last weekend, sources ay.
“They’re definitely together - 100 per cent,” Contactmusic quoted a source as saying.
The ‘Transformers’ star, whose on/off relationship with the actor began in 2006, recently admitted she was scared about the prospect of being single again.
She said: “I’m nervous about being single. It’s very scary. I’m looking for a guy who’s really honest and funny.” (ANI)
