Los Angeles, Mar 24 (THAINDIAN NEWS) There is a huge debate on, whether America Ferrera’s weight loss is for real or not. She was recently seen on the cover of the ‘Glamour’ magazine, and her photographs show a slimmer and a fitter America Ferrera. This has led people to wonder if she has indeed undergone some weight loss, or if the pictures in the magazine are photoshopped. Some of her fans also wonder if she has indeed lost weight due to the pressure of being in the public eye, esp. in Hollywood where there is so much pressure on all the stars and the starlets to maintain the perfect slim body.

The ‘Ugly Betty’ and ‘Real Women Have Curves’ star America Ferrera says that her weight loss is not due to pressure of being in the public eye, and the effort to maintain her image. She said, “To spend any time at all thinking about the bad or good things written about me is such a waste of time and energy. I hope to have a career based on the work I do and not whether a gossip site says I look good or bad in a dress.” She doesn’t want to talk to the media about her weight loss at all, and she prefers to keep mum about the whole issue.
