Iran launches Spanish-language TV channel
December 22nd, 2011 - 1:28 am ICT by IANSTehran, Dec 21 (IANS) Iran Wednesday launched the Hispan TV, a Spanish-language TV channel, to strengthen closer ties with the Spanish-speaking nations, the official media reported.
The channel will cover a wide range of educational and scientific programs, Xinhua reported quoting the Press TV.
It will introduce Iranian traditions and customs in the Spanish-speaking nations by broadcasting various programs.
