Indra Kumar works outside Maruti Films
January 16th, 2010 - 1:24 pm ICT by Sampurn WireIndra Kumar is directing a film for Shree Ashtavinayak Cine Vision, outside of his banner Maruti Films. The film’s title is rumoured to be 3 Losers.
The director has confirmed the news. His reason for working with Ashtavinayak was because he’s doing Double Dhamaal (the sequel to his last film, Dhamaal) under Maruti Films and it would have been difficult to direct two films at the same time with the same banner, so he agreed to work with Ashtavinayak. The films will shoot simultaneously.
As for the rumour about the title of his film being 3 Losers, Indra thinks it doesn’t make sense because his film has four heroes, Sanjay Dutt, Anil Kapoor, Govinda and Akshaye Khanna and the heroines still need to be finalized. His decision to work outside of his banner was supported by his associate Ashok Thackeria.
