What English Premier League (EPL) is to Football, Indian Premier League (IPL) is to cricket. Fast & Furious, Entertaining & Exciting, Cheerleaders & Auctions… It has everything. EPL has its heroes: David Beckham, Christiano Ronaldo, Fernando Torres, Wayne Rooney and the list goes on. So does IPL: MS Dhoni, Sachin, Sourav, Rahul, and international stalwarts Symonds, Ponting, Hayden, Afrid and so on. Right from the club formations till the auctions, from inaugural ceremony till match reports - everything can be compared between IPL and EPL.
