I’m not quiting acting: Emma Watson
July 13th, 2009 - 12:59 pm ICT by IANS ( Leave a comment )London, July 13 (IANS) “Harry Potter” star Emma Watson has dismissed reports suggesting she plans to turn her back on acting after her stint as Hermione Granger in the “Harry Potter” films end in 2010.
The 19-year-old has enrolled herself at US’ prestigious Columbia University but says that she plans to take on film roles during breaks from university, reported femalefirst.co.uk.
“I’m going to university but it doesn’t mean I’m giving up acting. I feel like I do want to continue. I just want a normal experience for a bit,” she said.
“I’ve managed to juggle and balance study and working well enough up to this point, so I don’t see why I can’t keep doing that,” she added.
