November 1, 2010 (Pen Men at Work): The star of 90210, Ian Ziering, along with his wife Erin Ludwig have confirmed the news of the pregnancy that has been doing the rounds. The couple had married fairly recently, only in May this year in a quiet ceremony at Newport Beach. A few of the erstwhile costars of Ziering from ‘90210’ had been present at the occasion.

The happily married couple seemed over the moon as they shared the happy news with People magazine. Ziering, in particular, seemed to be quite thrilled at the prospect of becoming a father for the very first time. He disclosed that his wife Erin is four and a half months gone and both of them were excitedly looking forward to the birth of their first child.

The baby is due in April next year confirmed the couple and went on to add that it was going to be a girl. Ian Ziering famous for playing Steve Sanders in the ten year old series ‘90210’ had also revealed his intentions of getting the entire gang of the show together in way of a reunion. He adds that it would be a nice treat for all the show’s fans out there. He also stated that he had thought along the same lines a good six or seven months earlier before CW had dropped the ball. Ziering did not mope about the lost opportunity though. Instead he decided to spend his time on an extended honeymoon with his new bride at Cabo Sun Lucas in Mexico.

‘Biker Mice from Mars’ as well as the ‘Side Order of Life’ are two of the shows that have kept Ziering busy since then. However, he had better hurry on with his plans as the impending fatherhood is liable to keep him happily engaged for quite some time now.
