Kate Hudson New York, April 20 (ANI): Actress Kate Hudson, who is expecting a baby with British rocker Matthew Bellamy, said her pregnancy wasn’t planned but they were “tempting fate, and it worked.”

The couple announced in January that they were expecting a child together.

Hudson, who has a 7-year-old son Ryder with ex-husband Chris Robinson, didn’t plan on having another child for a couple more years, but said the thought was in the back of her mind before even meeting Bellamy.

“We were so in love when it happened, it was just so exciting for both of us,” the New York Daily News quoted her as telling InStyle magazine.

Ask when they will tie the knot, the 31-year-old said she “wouldn’t count it out.”

“My own parents aren’t married, and anybody who has seen how we love - open our arms, and accept people with all of their faults - knows I come from a great, happy home,” the actress said.

“A wedding is a beautiful thing - and I love the idea of two people celebrating their love and bringing their families together - but Matthew and I kind of skipped that part and went right to the good stuff!” she added. (ANI)
