Melbourne, Nov 15 (ANI): Australian star Hugh Jackman has reportedly spent 21 million dollars on a Manhattan apartment.
The move clearly indicates that the Kate & Leopold star is unaffected by the world economic crisis.
A spokeswoman for the actor confirmed that he had bought the palatial pad in one of New York’’s most salubrious buildings, the Meier Towers.
Currently renting a house in Woollahra, according to Confidential, the X-Men Origins actor plans to move his wife Deborra-Lee Furness and children Oscar and Ava to the Big Apple next year in a bid to start working on new Broadway musical A Star Is Born, reports the Daily Telegraph.
The apartment has a professional kitchen, a master bedroom, exercise, recreation and music rooms, a library and multiple terraces and is complete with a double-height living room, according to reports. (ANI)
