Hugh Grant turns to workout to look young
December 13th, 2009 - 12:20 am ICT by IANSLondon, Dec 12 (IANS) British actor Hugh Grant has started attending regular Pilates classes in a bid to stay healthy and look young.
“I have started to do Pilates to keep me young. I saw a picture of myself in a newspaper the other day and the caption said that I looked very tired. I was crushed,” contactmusic.com quoted Grant as saying.
“To be honest, I don’t really feel all that old in myself, I actually feel rather young and sprightly but then I see a picture of myself and think, ‘Christ, who is that old man?’” he added.
Pilates is a physical fitness system developed in the early 20th century by Joseph Pilates in Germany.
