Timeless classics on celluloid have always been amongst the best pieces of cinema that have ever been churned out from Bollywood.

However, a film like Hrishikesh Mukherjee’s Chupke Chupke which has been an all time favorite amongst cine-goers is reportedly going to be remade by Sohail Maklai and Paandya of White Stripes who has the rights of the film.

Reports suggest that the film makers are thinking of casting the two sons of the original cast of Dharmendra and Amitabh Bachchan that is to get in Bobby Deol and Abhishek Bachchan for the title roles in the remake. However, this is just a wish list and nothing as regards the casting list has been finalized as of yet.

The script writing of the remake has reportedly been given to Rumi Jaffrey and it is being said David Dhawan will be directing the flick which will obviously have comedy as its genre.

Now with so much of a thought going into the remake, it is indeed quite interesting to speculate on who might be picked in to play the female leads in this comedy remake.

With Abhishek having proved his comic timing in Bluff Master and Dostana etc and Bobby Deol also having quite a blast with his recent release Yamla Pagla Deewana, it remains to be seen  the whole team of actors who are to complete the star cast of this wonderful Chupke Chupke remake.
